How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping charge is £9.95.
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £150
How quickly will my order arrive?
We normally state 2-5 working days for delivery depending on the quantity and bespoke requirements.
Upon dispatch it usually takes 1 working day for delivery as we use a next day service with our couriers however Highlands and Islands may only have 2-3 service available
How can I track the status of my order?
If you provide us with your email and mobile number on placing your order our couriers can text and email you tracking details on the delivery.
I have Special Delivery instructions. What should I do?

I have a query regarding my delivery?
If you have queries whatsoever do feel free to give us a call whenever you need.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If, on the unlikely event, your order arrives damaged please do take photos of the damage and the packaging and contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can resolve it for you.
Where do I collect my order from?
If you are local you do have the option to pick up from our warehouse. Please do call ahead first to ensure your order is ready for collection.
How can I return a faulty or incorrect item?
If your item is faulty or incorrect then do get in contact and we will make the neccessary arrangements to resolve the issue with you as quickly as possible.
I've changed my mind!
We don’t think you will but if you do we would like to do all we can to resolve it for you.
We work hard to keep costs down which include managing the ever growing costs of delivery. As such we would need to charge a restocking fee of 15% to contribute to our costs.
If you can return your product to us in perfect condition for resale then we will refund you your order order minus the restocking fee.
Please note we cannot refund any bespoke items unless they are faulty.
